How soon does my order ship?+

Orders are picked and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You get a tracking link by email when it ships. See the Shipping & Delivery Policy for country estimates.

Is the gear actually waterproof?+

Our gear is water-resistant and weather-ready — splash and rain rated for everyday weather, not a submersion guarantee. Real protection varies with rain, duration and use.

Are children's items safe?+

Yes. Children's rainwear ships with no neck drawstrings or cords and is for supervised use. Keep small parts away from infants.

How do returns work?+

Unused items with tags can be returned within 30 days (60 for Downpour, 90 for Stormproof members). Email us to start a return. See the Refund & Returns Policy.

How do I cancel a membership?+

Cancel any time from your account or by emailing us. Billing stops and access continues to the end of the paid period.

Do you do roofing or installation?+

No. Ridgeline only sells physical rain-ready goods and ships them. We do not carry out roofing, building or waterproofing work of any kind.
