1. Lawful use only

You agree to use the store lawfully and not to place fraudulent orders, misuse payment methods, or attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems.

2. Age requirements

The store may not be used to order by anyone under 13. Users aged 13–17 must use it with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian, who is responsible for the order and payment.

3. Product use

• Follow the care and use notes supplied with each item.
• Children's rainwear is for supervised use; it has no neck cords, and small parts must be kept from infants.
• Outdoor shelter items are used at your own risk — you are responsible for site, anchoring, load and weather safety, and must not use them in storms or high wind.
• Where an item includes a blade or cutting tool, you confirm it is lawful for you to buy and hold in your country and that you meet any age requirement.

4. Resale and wholesale

Bulk and resale purchases are welcome through our wholesale enquiry channel. Do not present our products as another brand or remove safety information.

5. Reporting misuse

Report any misuse, security concern or safety issue to support@elirooserlon.shop. We may suspend or cancel orders that breach this policy.
