Shipping & Delivery Policy

Ridgeline ships physical goods worldwide from our own warehouse. Here is how delivery works.

1. Where we ship

We currently ship to: United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, France, Germany, Netherlands and Sweden. Need another destination? Email support@elirooserlon.shop.

2. Dispatch time

Orders are picked and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Stormproof members and, where available, Downpour members receive priority dispatch.

3. Delivery estimates

  • United Kingdom: 2–4 business days
  • Europe: 4–8 business days
  • United States & Canada: 5–10 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days

Estimates are indicative and start after dispatch. Carriers may be affected by weather, customs and peak periods.

4. Shipping cost

Standard shipping is a flat $8 USD, and is free on orders over $60 USD. Downpour members receive free standard shipping over the threshold; Stormproof members receive free shipping on every order. All charges are in USD and shown at checkout.

5. Tracking

When your order ships you receive a confirmation email with a tracking link where the carrier provides one.

6. Duties and taxes

Orders outside the UK may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. Any such charges are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fee.

7. Delivery data

We share only the delivery name and address with the carrier to complete your delivery. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle this data.

8. Problems with delivery

If your order is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact support@elirooserlon.shop and we will help resolve it.
